Summary The "Moors murders" were committed by Ian Brady and Myra Hindley from 1963 to 1965 and remain England's most notorious case of serial murder. Three children and two teenagers were adbucted, sexually assaulted and brutally murdered, their bodies buried in shallow graves on Manchester's desolate Saddleworth Moor. The crimes were so horrific that they will haunt England forever. It was the "trial of the century."
