Summary Manny is the best handyman in the town of Sheet Rock Hills. In fact he is the best handyman in the whole tri-county area. Like any handyman, Manny depends on his tools. Manny's tools are a noisy and fussy bunch that make life for Manny a little hectic. But with each job, Manny and his tools learn valuable lessons about teamwork, friendship and community.
